Account & Data Deletion
Last updated: June 24, 2026
This page explains how to delete your Clorly account and what happens to your data. Clorly is a pool-service management app for pool business owners and their technicians.
Delete your account from the app
- Open the Clorly app and sign in.
- Go to Settings.
- Tap your Profile (the account row near the top).
- Scroll to the Danger Zone and tap Delete Account.
- Confirm the warning, then re-authenticate — your password, or Google / Apple if you signed up that way.
Prefer to request it by email?
Email support@clorly.com from the email address on your account and ask us to delete it. We may verify your identity before processing the request.
What gets deleted
- Your account and sign-in credentials
- Your profile (name, email address, phone number)
- All of your business data — customers, pools, services and service photos, schedules and routes, team members, quotes, and reports
Timing & data retention
When you request deletion, your account is disabled immediately and you are signed out. Your data then enters a 30-day grace period, during which the request can be cancelled — contact support@clorly.com — to restore your account.
After the 30-day grace period, all of the data listed above is permanently and irreversibly deleted by an automated process. We retain only limited records (such as an audit log of the deletion request) where required for legal, tax, or fraud-prevention purposes, and no longer than the law requires. Subscription and payment records held by our payment processor are governed by their own retention policy.
